Dr. Loiterman's Background

With more then 26 years
of experience in administering sclerotherapy, laser treatments
and vascular surgery, Dr. Loiterman has become one of Chicagos
premiere vein treatment specialists.
Dr Loiterman is a board certified surgeon
specializing in circulation disorders and has devoted more
then half of his practice to varicose and spider vein treatment.
Using the latest advancements in technology and methods, Dr.
Loiterman has successfully treated thousands of patients.
Dr. Loiterman graduated from The Mt Sinai
School of Medicine of New York University, located in New
York City, in 1979. After finishing his residency at Mt. Sinai
Medical Center, Dr. Loiterman completed an additional fellowship
residency at Chicago Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Center,
in vascular surgery. The American Board of Surgery awarded
him board certification in 1985. He is also a member of the
Midwest Surgical Association, a fellow of the American College
of Surgeons, and a diplomat of the National Board of Medical
Examiners.
In addition to running a successful medical
practice, Dr. Loiterman was also an Associate Clinical Professor
of Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine,
as well as an instructor of Vascular Surgery at Columbia University,
in New York, and St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital.
Dr. Loiterman has been continuously affiliated,
for 22 and 15 years respectively, with both LaGrange
Memorial Health Systems and Hinsdale Hospital.
